With technology today most buyers are making their decision about whether to consider your home or not before they ever leave their house. Buyers can see what your home looks like and even get a street view while sitting at their computer. Even if your house checks every box for them, they may choose not to view your home because the pictures online were not appealing.
When choosing a realtor ask to see photos of previous homes that they have listed. Ask if they do videos. Are they live video or a compilation of the still photos that are taken. Ask what time they plan to photograph your home. Do you have magnificent outdoor lighting that needs to be captured in addition to daylight photos. Make sure that you get as much quality photography as possible so that your house will be at the top of buyer’s lists to view!
